SQCG1 series movable paper tape filter (paper tape magnetic separator)
SQ CG 1 paper tape filter is based on the SQ C G type paper tape filter, added a magnetic separator,
so that the machine tool cutting liquid to achieve secondary filtration. Unfiltered cut fluid is coarse filtered
by the magnetic separator and then filtered by paper tape. Compared to the single-level paper tape filter,
the use of performance is better, and reduce the consumption of paper tape.
Main working principle and characteristics:
This machine is mainly suitable for aqueous solution, emulsion, filtration. The filtration and purification
process of the coolant is the machine coolant into the magnetic separator, the first filter under the action
of the magnetic filter, and then the coolant into the paper tape filter, under the action of the filter paper to
achieve the second filter. The pure coolant is stored in the tank and re-injected into the machine through
the pump, so circulating.
The filtration accuracy of the coolant is determined by the strong magnetic separator and the filter paper.
The optional strong magnetic separator can fully separate the impurities, while the filter paper maximizes
the final filtration accuracy. Usually, the filtering accuracy is 25 m. The filter motor is controlled by the time
relay or the photoelectric water level switch, and the paper walking time interval can be controlled according
to the field work needs.
